Order Cancellation Issue

I've been trying to place an order (3 times over the course of 2 days), and my orders keeps getting cancelled because of an inability to "confirm my payment information." I tried emailing customer service and received an answer that said "your billing address is different from your billing address" 

My billing address hasn't changed, help!

If the billing address is the issue, this is typically because your bank for the card used has something different from what you are entering on your orders. Since billing information is case sensitive this includes the name on the card, punctuation, and abbreviations. I'll send you a PM with more information.

You can call the 1877 Sephora number and order over the phone. Maybe that'll help?

I suggest going to Sephora and asking one of the professionals about it. They are really helpful and can help you with whatever you need.
