Why are my purchases not updated?

Hi on the app, under the purchases tab my purchases haven't been updated since June ? I have made several purchases. What is going on? Thanks in advance.

Hi that was also happening with me. I contacted customer care and then they contacted me asking for receipt numbers store numbers and what not. I replied with the info from my receipts and the points were added within the next day or two. Good luck
