You will not get Septembers it says to sign up no later than the 15th to
get Septembers box. You will be charged between the first and fourth of
every month. Boxes are shipped the third and fourth week of every month

Unfortunately Canada has not been allowed the 15% discount. Looks like

I do, but I'm also on the US site and I don't know what difference that
might make. My only other thought would be clearing web data—though
having used two devices, that may not be the answer, unless they're
synced—or trying the app.
