Unsuccessful Authorisation
Hello I have some orders which are successful while others are showing
unsuccessful authorisation although all are paid from the same payment
information. I had tried a couple of time and hope the last order would

Play box missing fragrance
Who should I contact about my play box not including a fragrance sample
and including a dried up benefit brow deluxe sample? I'm a little upset
that I paid for 5 samples and only received 3 that are usable.

Thank you for your response Mali. According to the September play
preview video posted by Sephora on YouTube we should have received a
fragrance sample. I also didn't receive an IGK hair sample as a
substitute.

I completely agree!! This was the most disappointing box i have
received. 2 of the packagings were open already 😪. Not a fan this month
