I am patiently waiting for my September Play box. I signed like two weeks ago I believe. When will I receive my box?

It says on the play sign up if you sign up before the 15th you will get the September box. I'm very disappointed if I do not get it for sep like it says I would.

Hiya-

I also did not receive my box until today. It was "in progress" since Sept. 4th. I sent a Question to a Sephora BT yesterday (haven't heard back yet) but later that day (yesterday) I got an email that my box was "out for delivery" and it came today in the post box.  Hope that helps a little.... 😃
