Missing Order
My order was marked as delivered yesterday but I never received it. I
waited until today (because it says to wait 3 days) in case it was
delivered to a neighbor or wrong street and no such luck 😞 Please help!

Website Unusable On iPad.
I can’t use the website, color IQ, get to lip or concealer or even
return to a previous page. This has been going on for several days now.
Also, I can’t even ask for a notification when something is out of

Yep I have had this issue going on for about 2 months; I have called at
least 15 times, talked to 3 managers and I thought the issue was
resolved only to have it happen again.
