Mine is not working either. I placed an order on Friday morning and it
still hasn't shipped yet. The customer service FAQs say it takes 1-2

It is working. Sometimes I need to shut the app down completely and
restart it because it just seems to freeze and give me a blank white
screen. Perhaps give that a try?
