Help! Unsuccessful Authorization on order status

My card has already been charged however my order status is Unsuccessful Authorization. can someone help me?

Hi there. If you received an unsuccessful authorization, this is due to our systems inability to process the order. The charge you see on your card is pending, and will fall off within 1-7 business days, depending on your Financial Institution.  If you'd like to attempt to place the order again, please contact customer service at 1 (877) 737-4672.
