order in progress no tracking number no shipment detail or date i m VIB customer

i ordered 2 product one Anastasia countour palat is weekly wow and one special play box edition ll on 27th oct bt i just get one notification in order progress they charge 5 dollwr shipment charges for apwcial edition ll box and still i did nt get any notification abt tracking number or shipment wt should i do
