Does anyone know why live chat doesn't work?

I am having the same issue. This seems to happen a lot. Why even have live chat if it hardly ever works??

Mine is not working either. I placed an order on Friday morning and it still hasn't shipped yet. The customer service FAQs say it takes 1-2 business days to ship. I need my stuff...it has been 2 days. I'm trying to do Live Chat with customer service but it's not working. 😞

Another day, still "pending!" Customer service (phone) told me it would ship this morning. It's morning. Still not shipped OR cancelled. This has never happened to me before. Every other order I've done--my last one was Oct 2!--shipped the same day or the next day. This is ridiculous!

It is working. Sometimes I need to shut the app down completely and restart it because it just seems to freeze and give me a blank white screen. Perhaps give that a try?

Hi All @Anonymous + @hannakravatas + @Anonymous + @PinkEvergreen. If you are having issues, please try the app or an in-private or incognito browsing window. If you are referring to the live chat for customer service, if it is unavailable to connect with the Beauty Advisors, that means they are currently assisting other clients.

Yes thank you! I am wanting to speak with customer service via the live chat. I don't see an option for live chat with customer service on the app, and the phone customer service has already lied to me once. LOL. I'm being dramatic because I just started Retin A and I need new moisturizing products. The ones I ordered on Friday. 😞
