Benefit Gimme Brow Recall - September Play! Box

Hello CS,

 

I'm concerned about the Benefit Gimme Brow Recall and the gimme brow that I received in my September Play! box. I was wondering if there was away I could get a substitute product or points or something? Please PM if you can help.

I am concerned and I have emailed but yet to hear anything back. To make matters worse, I placed an order on October 26th and although I did not choose it as one of my samples, ANOTHER sample of Gimme Brow was sent to me and I received it yesterday. Why is this still being sent out?
