Canceled Order

why does Sephora keep canceling my order and sending me the below message.?I keep emailing customer service but they don't reply back.

This is the message I receive: For your own security and protection, we have canceled your order #.... because we were unable to confirm your payment information. We have included the order information below so that you can review the details of your order.
