Order cancelled: unsuccessful authorization

I placed an order on Nov 11th and on Nov 17th, without an e-mail notification, my order was cancelled due to "Unsuccessful Authorization". I have used the same credit card for previous purchases and at other stores without any problems. In addition, a friend of mine also had her order cancelled for the same reason. If it makes any difference I am located in Toronto, ON.

I’m trying to call them. Same thing happened to me

Ugh! I have the same issue with 2 orders placed during the VIB sale. Both were canceled after a week of being placed and without any notifications. I've emailed customer service 3 times and still no response from them
