Received wrong order - meant for someone else

I received a package today from Sephora addressed to me but the items and  invoice belong to someone in CA. I placed this order to have items for vacation next week and now I will not have what I need and will need to adjust the delivery since i will be out of town. Plus now I have the hassle of dealing with items belonging to someone else. I’ve been trying to call Sephora regularly for the past 6 hours and receive a recording that they are too busy to help me. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Let me sit on hold or even give the option to call me back but it’s ridiculous i can’t get through to fix an issue caused by you! I always talk up Sephora and online ordering to my friends but I’m rethinking this now and am very frustrated!
