Order in progress

I placed an order on the 10th and it still shows "in progress" I know it says expect a 2-4 delay, but its been 6 days and nothing. Will the samples I picked/ the 250 reward be all gone and not be available now? I really hope not as I was looking forward to the Ole 7 day trial.
