refund from cancelled order

I have ordered $690's products on the Sephora website by using my international visa card, but it has been cancelled. I received an email saying that I wouldn't be charged. I thought I can get the refund immediately, but now, 8 days past and I still didn't get my money back. I have called the service centre, they said it takes a maximum of 7 business days to refund. I'm wondering how I can get money back. Can someone help me ?

I am sorry to hear this! It may take up to 7 business days for those funds to return to your credit card however, it is up to your financial institution. I would suggest reaching out to your bank or credit card company for more information on when you should receive those funds. I hope that this helps!
