unsucceful authorization

Hi...I place an order in November 11 and yesterday I see that is Unsuccessful authorization...I check the bank and the money are blocked...I check the address and all is ok...I don’t know what happen because nobody send me an email explaining the problem or something like that..now I want to place another order with the same things and some of them are out of stock...I spend 300$ and I don’t understand what happen with my order...i’m So sad....if someone can help me...because I send an email and nobody respond...

I am sorry to hear this. Anytime there is an unsuccessful authorization any pending transactions will be reversed and it can take up to 5 days for those funds to return to your credit card but it is up to your financial institution. This happened to me awhile ago. I was charged the extra cost on my account at first although it said unsuccessful but then it fixed itself after a few weeks. I called my bank and I called the Sephora customer service and they both let me know i should get my money back in my account in a few days You can wait to get the money back before you re-order or you can order now, but either way you’ll get back the 300$.

And you know why this happen?? Because...I don’t want the money....well I want it but I prefer my order....
