I tried calling a Customer Service rep tonight and was told that there
would be a wait time under 60 MINUTES and that there was a possible 8
day wait time for order processing? What is happening? The response time

Same here! They shipped my order ground when I have flash shipping
😞When I ordered, my delivery date was 11/21. Just tracked it, it
shipped out on 11/17 and it won't be here until 11/24.
