I didnt receive the samples! 😔

Hello So I have made a purchase recently and I ordered the winter blush from sephora collection and I should get 3 samples with, but unfortuntly I received it today without the samples and I was so disappointed cause I was so exxited plus wanted to try them! is there any chancero fix this because I dont wanna be disappointed every time I make a purchace and this is my first time to buy online frome tbe app and I dont want to be bad! I attached bellow the package that I received and the actuall buy tbe first time!

Same problem. Messaged them on Facebook. I they came back with a whole 75 points. I said thanks but no They agreed and they sent me one of the festival bags ((12 samples)). Speak out. Dont let them get away with this. If we do I think they will make sure are getting there samples!!!
