How long does it take to get a reply on my email?
Hello.I have sent you several emails regarding my order which did not
have all of the products I ordered, but you are never responding on my
email. Why?

It took 6 days for me to get an email response and 9 days on the
customer support forum. They are experiencing higher than normal volume.
Have you tried calling?

Im from Europe and calling to US cost like 15dollar for one minute, so I
have to wait for a reply on my email. It´s really frustrating!!

Order is still pending but the item is out of stock now!
I place my order with Paypal on 11/24/2017, and now is 11/30/2017. Why
haven't my order been shipped yet? The item is out of stock now and
still not processed. Will I even be able to receive my order?

This happened to me, if the item was in stock when you ordered, you
should still get it, unless it was a promo item. They have a high demand
right now due all of the recent sale activity which is likely why your
order hasn’t shipped yet
