October Play! Bag ???

I subscribed for the first time October 21st an still have not received anything but a email saying thank you for subscribing to play! Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive your first play! Bag ??

@Kim888 is right! I checked your account and as you signed up for our PLAY! subscription box on 10/20, you'll receive your first box in November! You'll also receive an email as soon as it has been shipped 🙂

Can someone help me ?? I signed up last month after the 15th so I was told I wouldn’t receive my first bag till November but the money was took off my card last month when I signed up an I have never received anything just a email saying my subscription was ended this month ??? so I would like too see about how I would get my money back or have my first bag delivered ???? Thanks !!!!!

@ToniLee0 You are charged for your Play! box once it is scheduled. You were not charged at the time you subscribed.

@ToniLee0 the October deadline was the 15th. Therefore you can expect November to be your first box and in accordance with the play faqs boxes arrive on or about the 20th of each month.

I also signed up in October after the 15th and was billed, and I just received a notice stating they will be taking November's money by the 4th and to check out my past samples when I checked there weren't any. Please help me understand. Thank you Nemsgrama
