Play pass extra points not added

Last Wednesday I purchased two items at my local Sephora. I gave the Cast Member my Play Pass & my VIB coupon. I asked twice if she scanned my Play Pass (because I knew how many points I had in my account.) She told me she scanned the card (and she took the card, so I don’t have it now.) Those points are not in my account and they’re not on my receipt. I should have looked before I left the store but it was a madhouse & I had already waited in line for 15-20 minutes. I would like my 50 points.
