the same happened to me, I contacted them numerous times...

the same happened to me, I contacted them numerous times and posted in here, a week later they emailed me back saying they could issue a full refund or send out my order again no charge. I picked send out again and they mailed it the next day. fingers crossed it shows up this time. did you email them too? hoping they give you the same options.
