Order placed over a week ago hasnt even shipped yet

I placed an order over a week ago. Its been partially shipped, but the other half is taking a really long time. Its never taken this long before?

My orders are constantly getting cancelled and I receive a “We’re sorry “ message saying that the payment information wasn’t confirmed! But the first order with the same information has been delivered! So why is the next one getting cancelled so many times!
