Why lie about shipping??? Livid
So I placed an order on Dec 12 for one lipstick that’s in stock, I’m
currently 39 weeks pregnant due Thursday and figured I'd order it to my
home, didn’t want to drag 4 kids to sephora for a lipstick....

Hey @prettyhappylife, all Sephora.com purchases can be returned for free
by mail if you use the prepaid shipping label. No shipping fee will be
deducted and you will receive a full refund as long as they receive the
item within 60 days.

OnTrac
Anytime onTrac is used, my package is delayed. They’re unreliable and
