Samples in store

I have extremely sensitive and red skin, I have recently been researching the cicapair tiger grass cream and serum that have great reviews on your website. I went into the north point mall store in Atlanta, and was looking at getting a sample to make sure the cream and serum did not irritate my skin any further. The sales woman at the skin care counter was extremely rude and when I asked to get a sample she said "is that really what you want?"... I was confused because obviously it was because I just asked for it. She also refused to give me both the serum and cream samples as she said "they do the same thing" which I think is untrue according the reviews. Either way I was disappointed in the service and usually have much better customer support in the store.
