super disappointed in samples not received

I've placed 3 separate orders requesting a tatcha skincare sample. I really want to try the product which is why I requested them. Also 2 orders that I've received no samples at all. Ordering from other online retailers I end up with loads of bonus deluxe samples and I'm having a hard time just getting some foil one time sample packets.
