Order Cancellation

Please help as I have always been a Sephora lover and want to continue.  I have Sephora Rouge.  I attempted to order the same product 9 times.  I tried both e-mailing and calling Sephora but no one is able to help.  I am just being told to reorder the product.  Can anyone help me  be successful in placing my order? Some other items that I ordered were also unsuccessful but with persistence, the orders were processed.  It shouldn't take so much time and effort to buy from Sephora.

Thank you for replying.  After writing you, my 9th order processed and was sent out.  Now another order is pending longer than it should.  Also, could you recommend any solutions regarding rewards. I happily saved up my rewards.  However, Sephora only sends me items over 750 points that are sold out. This is very frustrating.
