Account showing incorrect points

I was looking at an email I received for Sephora and noticed it was displaying incorrect points. I thought it might be a mistake so I logged into my Sephora account and it was showing the same number of points. The last time I was at a Sephora store 2 weeks ago the check out girl told me I had over 600 points which I know to be correct because I spend a lot of money there frequently. I also have the VIB card, you have to spend a lot of money to get that. I just want my points back. I’ve been saving those. Please help 😫
