Sorry Artoreo! We aren't able to issue a new gift card. You would have
to have been a VIB when the promotion began.

@Runy, Placing an order by phone is the same as placing it online - You
are still eligible for free samples and promotions. Since the $20 is
entered as a gift card, you can still add a promotion code....

@macuser, The store will need to verify VIB status, so he may be able to
use it with your permission and your VIB card. To be safe, you should
call the store a head of time to make sure they can accommodate.

I received my $15 off but I just became a VIB so I called Sephora and
they said that I had to have become a VIB before November 15. Is that
true? From the FAQ it doesn't seem like that's the case.

I would try calling again. They sent me the wrong one, beause i had just
become a VIB but my email was messed up, so they gave me 200 free points
because they couldn;t send me another gift card

I also received a blank gift card, gave Sephora a call and said they
would e-mail me with the card number. It is past the expiration date on
the gift card now and I never received an e-mail from the sephora rep.
Any suggestions?
