Missing Package
Hi! My order says it was delivered today but it is nowhere to be found!

Link the store card to online account
I have a sephora store card but it was linked to a wrong email which is
different from my online account. Can I combine those two accounts so
the points can be added up together? Thanks!

How long does it take for an order to be 'in progress'?
I ordered items on the 10th with the 3 day shipping. It's still showing
up as 'in progress' in the order status and 1 of the items order has
since gone out of stock. I'm getting a little worried since...

if you got to VIB all you need to do is go to your sephor...
if you got to VIB all you need to do is go to your sephora store, and
ask them for a new card which shld have some extras with it. i think a
complimentary makeover card, also i think u can have them send it
through online as well.

This also happened to me last week and really irritated me. They told me
it was out of stock at the warehouse but not showing on the computers .
Your best bet is to call customer service. Maybe they will give you
points for the hastle too

I am a VIB, I've been trying to get the welcome kit but it always says
"Add more items or remove the welcome kit to proceed with checkout".
What gives? Why can't I get my welcome kit?

Yep. I've been trying to get this ordered for a long time and I
continuously have problems with it. I haven't been able to submit my
online order and I finally just removed it from my card but it's
disappointing.
