500 point reward cancelled.

I redeemed a 500 point reward on January 9th a little after the kay von d dropped, like maybe 15 minutes. Up until today it was still in stock, my order finally processed (2 days later) and it cancelled my reward. COOL. So why exactly did it get cancelled when I redeemed it, my points came out, and now it’s cancelled??????
