2x the points skincare not added

I just ordered and the 2x points are not showing up. Do I need to do anything extra to get the points?

Now it's showing that both of the items that I ordered are out of stock. Why did they let me order them if they are out of stock?

This also happened to me last week and really irritated me. They told me it was out of stock at the warehouse but not showing on the computers . Your best bet is to call customer service. Maybe they will give you points for the hastle too

Mine took a couple of hours to add on. Wait a little bit and it should add on. If it doesn't, call customer service.
