I agree 100%.. I was even told by a BT on here in a private message
yesterday I was being “compensated” with 200 Beauty Points because of
this exact same issue.. Guess what??!! The Points never were given!!!

It's like you have to babysit when sephora says they will do something
to make sure it actually happens, it's not like other stores where you
can trust getting what you order.

still shipping restrictions for the 2-day shipping but there should be
no additional shipping cost.

Free flash shipping is for VIB only. Rouge members have to pay $10/year.
And certain items like aerosols, liquid lips, etc. are not eligible for
2-day shipping. Due to the shipping guidelines, those items must ship
ground.
