Lost Gift Card!!

I recently purchased a $25 gift card on December 23rd. I think I may have thrown the gift card out by accident and I can’t find it anywhere. Is there any way for it to be cancelled and transferred to a new gift card? I don’t have the receipt but I purchased it with my beauty insider card and I know what store I bought it at.
