Linking VIB to online account
Hello! I just reached VIB status and was trying order some products
online but then realized that my card is not linked with my online
account. Is there any way to remedy this?

VIB Stauts?
Not sure if this is the right group, but I need some help. I’m still a
bit confused by the Sephora rewards statuses. Do you have to spend $350
every calendar year to maintain VIB status, or is it once and you get to
keep the status forever?

Completing profile.
Online it says that if I complete my profile I get 50 points. I have
been trying to fill it but I can’t seem to get the points, what counts
as a filled profile?

Hi! I could be wrong, but I think the 50 point promo ended sometime last
year (unless they brought it back). A completed profile has a username,
profile picture, hair color, eye color, skin tone, skin concerns, and
hair concerns (I’m pretty sure).

Are you signed up to receive emails? Every month or so, Sephora will
send a special promo code for a GWP that is only available to VIB and
Rouge members. Those offers are the "monthly gifts."

When I’m reading a post in a group, I can click on the question and see
the replies, but I can’t click on the “read more” button when a reply is
long. I’m missing some useful info!

Unfortunately this is a known problem on the App that is yet to be fixed
😕 it’s rather annoying, I usually use my browser to read through the
Community but I keep the app because it shows the Beauty Offers and
things like that 🙂
