No deluxe sample or any of my 3 free samples :(
This is the second order in a row I haven’t received any of my 3 free
samples AND this time I didn’t receive my deluxe sample that I was
supposed to get with my order over $25... I’m disappointed that...

Seriously bad advice. It has nothing to do with cache. And when I use
Internet Explorer (the browser you recommend using), the pages are slow
to load and often graphics/images are missing. Is anyone working on
fixing the website??
