No Samples???

I order everything online and one of the reasons is I get to choose 3 samples with every order. I've seen numerous posts stating customers did not receive their samples. I, on the other hand, always have until my last two orders. I was sent only one sample (that I didn't order and cannot use) between the two orders. Will I be given extra samples on my next purchase? Seems like a real gyp. Sometimes I order just because I want to try one of the samples. And I look forward to getting them. I know we get subs when the warehouse runs out but just getting stiffed is unacceptable.
