I hate those useless samples I didn't chose!
Recently ordering from Sephora has been a joke! I had 4 online orders
based on their samples and points given to receive the items I picked
but every single time, either there are NO samples included ...

samples if they are out of stock so that you still receive something.

I want a fragrance every month, that’s the main thing I buy from my Play
📦, I don’t want a haircare foil ever. I bought a subscription that
promised me a fragrance every month. Quit being trying to fix what ain’t

Oh no! They are a box highlight for me and one of the main reasons I
chose Play! Over other boxes. Please reconsider this decision!keelybt

wrong item sent
i ordered becca's opal flashes jade highlighter... and thats what the
box says.. but when i open it, its topaz flashes gilt. On top of that
two of my orders got combined - which is fine... but i only got the
samples for one of the orders.

@Anonymous It sounds like you on our app. When you are shopping in
store, you can click show card and the Cast Member can scan it like a
Beauty Insider card. If you aren't in store, you can keep it hidden.

No any sample in my packages!!!!
I plaaced a 340 dollars order at1/8/18 I got every sample I chose. Then
during 1/14-1/16 I placed 4 orders it was only between 5-11 dollars ,
and got not any sample. Not even ONE sample . What is going on?
