This is really starting to frustrate me!!! I picked out an item put it

They ALWAYS do this !! They’ve done it to me with most of my orders this

They’re liars that’s why. They don’t always give the samples as
promised. They “compensate” with fake points that we never get to redeem
bc the items are always out of stick. By the way flash two day shipping
takes up to a week sometimes!

I recently placed an online order and selected my 3 samples, but
received none in my order. The samples show up in my order emails but
