Missing samples

I've had excellent experiences at Sephora for years, but the last two orders I placed arrived entirely without samples. Respectfully, your customers have come to expect these perks and without them will probably shop elsewhere. I emailed customer service, and received automessages explaining that samples are never guaranteed. 

 

Judging from other posts, there appears to have been a dramatic shift from reliable shipping of samples, to complete inability to fulfill sample requests. Given this, you should really stop letting people select samples and add them to their cart. It makes me feel like I've been duped. I just placed my last Sephora order and will be shopping elsewhere in the future.
