Sephora package help?

Hi, Ever since I've hit rouge I've been ordering a lot of stuff online however my last 5 packages had no samples in it (which is basically the only reason I shop at Sephora lol) but I never complained. However my last package I was excited for something I typed in a code for and later found out it was canceled last minute and wasn't replaced with anything (even though the newest promo is extremely similar and could've been a substitute), oh and the only thing that I ordered in the package was missing. Does anyone know how I can resolve this? I've been shopping here for 5 years and don't want to go anywhere else.
