Redeem points from receipt

Hi Melissa, I have a similar request. I was hoping to get points added
to my account because during are recent purchase the cashier wasn't able
to pull up my account. I have my receipt still. thank you!

This has been happening to many others as well and it's unacceptable, if
they can't ship the sample you picked they should do something about it
other than replace it or not send any at all.

Anyone else having trouble with Lasership?
It seriously is the worst, my packages are literally thrown out the
window and are left almost at the street, not my door whatsoever. They

money spent reset delay VIB process
The amount of money I have spent has reset I should be VIB status right
now it has only counted my two recent orders. Including all of my orders
and purchases I have spent over $350.

Hi @Emma2002xox I'm sorry for the confusion! In order to qualify for VIB
status, you need to spend $350 within a calendar year as your spend
total resets to $0 on Jan 1st.

Do you live in an apartment? They sometimes drop the package off at the
main office for some reason. It happens even to me at my condo because
they are to lazy and don't want to walk lol hope that helps

Hey thanks for the reply. No i don’t. I called yesterday and they said
wait three days and this morning it finally showed up. I actually just
opened it like 5 minutes ago. And my highlighter has a huge swatch and
chunk missing😪. I’m so sad
