The billing is at the 1st of the month, but the Box does not ship until

Gift cards, yes! In-store, SiJCP, online are all ok. (For store credit
you get when returning things, those cards can only be used for in-stock
items at freestanding Sephora stores.)

Worst customer service at Sephora VIB rouge line
No help why orders are being shipped regular shipment instead 2-day
flash. Multiple orders arrived with no samples at all. This is very
