Gift card balance missing

I tried to place an order with my gift card, the page shows "there is an error." I didn't find this order in record so I tried to order it one more time, but this time my gift card balance showed that it had been deducted the money what I placed! In fact, I didn't order successfully and also can't find that in my order history. I called the number on the back of the gift card, only they can tell the first gift card $25 balance is gone, and second card balance is missing $2.15. Total is exactly the order didn't go through amount of $27.15. But the gift card customer service cannot help. I'm pretty upset of this right now. Don't know whether I can ever get my order or the money back. 😞

Tried to email customer support last night, no reply either.
