Points to Rouge - $10 Sephora Play ?

My dollar spend towards my 2019 to Rouge is $10 off. Is my Sephora Play spend not counting towards that? That’s the only thing I can think of that would throw it off exactly $10.

I’m having this exact same problem! My spend amount is exactly $10 off, and I’ve emailed with customer service, and they’re arguing with me. I don’t know how they’ve decided 10+62+19+22=103 because it most definitely equals 113. I’m glad it’s not just me, but I’m mad this is happening to us.

Hi Janean! I hope your day has gone well! I don’t know how to private message but I saw your private reply. I’ve spent $10 this year than what was in your message. That’s why I’m confused and posted the question. Are you able to look into that for me? That’s why I’m assuming my Sephora Play spend isn’t counting towards the Rouge status spend.
