2018 Birthday Gift

I placed an order yesterday and also selected the birthday gift ("Bumble & Bumble Shampoo & Conditioner Set").

 

I received my Shipping Confirmation today.  It lists the item I purchased and samples.  However, the "Bumble & Bumble" set is not listed.

 

Does this mean it is not included?  Please advise.  Thank you.
