Out of stock after order

I placed an order the other day and I was wondering when it would arrive, so I went to track my package and it says the order is "pending." When I went to view the items I ordered, some say they are now "out of stock." Will my package not arrive until those two items are back in stock or will the rest come and I will have to wait for the other two?
