Samples
So... I just recieved an item that I bought on here.. I also picked out
3 samples that I did not recieve with it.... I'm so confused right now.
My question is why have me pick out samples if I'm not gonna recieve
them?

Same thing happened to me. I got the items I ordered and the products I
redeemed with my reward points but no samples. 😞

I had read that members were posting on that. On another note. I had
place an order several months or several orders prioir and the samples
and one 100 points item i ordered was not recieved. I even got an email
apologizing.

(it won't let me edit the title to cancelled...) i just checked the
order from this morning and i spent 100 points on the versace perfume.
