I am really sad about this too because I finally gave this foundation a
try when I saw it was on sale and have LOVED it! I wish I had tried it
sooner, but now I wish I had stocked up knowing how much it would agree
with my face 😞

VIB status ?
So I became a VIB around October but my store was always out of stock of

I bought something today and the cashier told me that the play pass for
this month was not on file and to come back another day. But i don’t

No Samples
Rarely does Sephora send the samples I choose, but for my last order I
received NOTHING. I know it's an "extra" so to speak, but if you can't
honor what your offering, stop showing them at checkout. It's really
disappointing.

Umm you do realize processing time and shipping time are two complete
separate things right..? Shipping time only starts once the order has
been processed and it reaches the shipping facility..
